Anika Food Charity's Mission
“To empower others to achieve equality and the right to live with dignity and self-esteem”
Who We Are?
Anika Food Charity is a UK based registered charity, (registration no: 1180069). Anika Food Charity actively campaigns for issues such as food wastage, food poverty, domestic violence, mental health, homelessness, period poverty, women empowerment and food insecurity.
Food & Support
We provide individuals with the food and support they urgently need to survive.
Empowerment
We empower individuals especially women and young girls to learn new skills and improve their mental, physical and social wellbeing.
Learning Skills
We help them to learn new skills and encourage them towards employment.
Defending Rights
We defend their rights and help them to fulfil their potential.
Who can come to our foodbank?
" Hunger is not an issue of a charity but an issue of justice"
Anyone! Yes, that’s right. At Anika Food Charity we do not operate on food bank vouchers or referrals. We understand how difficult it can be to obtain a referral especially with the stigma surrounding foodbanks, vouchers and charity. At Anika Food Charity, our doors are open for anyone and everyone!
Anika Food Charity is campaigning for an anti-food waste law to be brought into the UK.
Corporate Partnerships
We are always keen to work with local businesses and organisations which are passionate about helping those in need. By working together we can serve more people and have a far greater impact on helping to alleviate poverty in our community.
Fundraising
You can help to fundraise through various challenges such as the 10K race marathon, cake sales and more.
If you have any other ideas, please feel free to contact us at support@anikafoodcharity.com and we would be more than to happy to support you with your event including sending you AFC banners and leaflets.

Donate Now
Your one donation could save lives. Please donate today.
We are delivering hot meals and food to those in need. Our food is reaching people who have lost their jobs, people on low incomes, children and families who are struggling, people with disabilities who are unable to cook for themselves, older people who are isolated, homeless individuals and families, survivors of domestic abuse, individuals from social services, asylum seekers and refugees.
We are doing all of this so we can help the most vulnerable receive food, and make sure no one is left behind. But we need your help to reach as many people as possible. Please donate today.
We are glad to hear from you
